Junior Creative Producer

MyGrowth is hiring a Junior Creative Producer to develop and optimize creative strategies for its personal development mobile application. The role focuses on content creation, marketing performance, and collaboration with product and user acquisition teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies and concepts for app promotion
• Collaborate with Product and UA teams to improve performance
• Optimize creatives using data and user feedback
• Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends
• Create ads for Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Organize brainstorming sessions and generate ideas
• Write briefs for UGC content and improve performance
• Work with designers and illustrators to test ideas quickly
• Balance creativity with performance goals

Requirements:

• Experience or internship in marketing, creative production, or SMM
• Strong interest in creative ideation and product marketing
• Comfortable working with marketing metrics and data
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Strong communication and structured thinking skills
• Ability to take ownership and accept feedback

Preferred:

• Understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROMI, LTV)
• Experience with analytics tools like Tableau
• Experience with Meta Ads
