Program Manager, Esports Partnerships

Aftershock Media Group (AMG) is hiring a Program Manager to support and execute esports partnership programs for Brawl Stars. This role focuses on managing project components, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of esports initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project components for esports partnership programs
• Track program metrics, deliverables, and reports
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and timelines
• Maintain documentation including reports and financial tracking
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and scope
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships
• Identify risks and implement process improvements
• Support strategic planning and program execution

Requirements:

• Experience in esports and gaming ecosystem
• Strong understanding of esports teams, events, and partnerships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Google Workspace (especially Sheets)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Preferred:

• Experience working in esports organizations
• Familiarity with Brawl Stars or Supercell ecosystem
• Experience in partnerships, operations, or project management

Details:

• Fully remote role
• Must align with CET working hours (8:00–16:00 CET)
• Candidates should be based in Europe or able to work CET hours
